You should now have your vehicles and depots set up, now it is time to create a trip. When creating a trip, you will determine the kilometre/milage allowance, as well as travel time allowance.
To create a trip, you will need to click onto the "settings" button, then onto the "offices" tab, then down the bottom, you will be able to find the "create trip" button.
After selecting the two offices you are wanting to create a route between. You are then able to determine the distance allowance, day/24hr/night allowance, as well as the extra day/24hr/night allowance. Imoova also does provide a recommended allowance for all trips. You are also able to include any standard inclusions for this route, this may include fuel inclusions, ect.
